No you can access the full diet for free, have a look in the TTC girl section and you should find plenty of information. Sorry I can't post a link I'm on Tapatalk and it can't do it.

sorry ladies what is LE diet ?
The Low Everything diet. Developed by one of the moderators on this site, it is having good results for those who follow it for 12+ weeks. I think about 75-80% success rate at the moment. Have a proper look through the forums, there is heaps of information about the LE diet. I can give you the briefest of brief summary though:
1500-1800 cal per day
30-40g fat
35-50g protein
Low nutrient foods are preferred, avoid or significantly limit good fats (olive oil, avocados, nuts etc)
Vegetarian diet is recommended, otherwise limit your meat intake (including eggs)
Low fat dairy is ok
Skip breakfast
No snacking
2-3 meals per day
Enjoy a glass or two of alcohol with your dinner
Take fibre supplements with your meals
Coffee is recommended, tea is not
Exercise (cardio only, no weights) for 60 mins minimum 6 days a week.
Try to relax and not over-think, over-analyse your sway.
One attempt at first positive OPK, or otherwise DTD every 4 days.
Folic acid for the ladies, olive leaf extract for the men.
I think they are the main points!

hey girl! same here preparing my self for dec too, praying swaying n dieting...sohappy am not alone on this.hope we share ideas pink pink pink for u n me n everybody who wants
thanks familymatters am getting on it. although its hard to cutoff meat. am a big fun of meat maybe thts why i have two boys hummm....i have 6 month anyway till my next ttc.
lucky u! i lov my boys so much but we need pinky winky in the house would be awosome family addition u know so am praying and just started LE dieting, trying...lol, its so nice sharing ur journey here with everybody and reading lots of helpful stuff. i hav question though can i take prenatal vitamin? or only folic supp wht about alcohol or caffine is it a must hate it both, can i replace it with something else like chocholate or nuts
I wouldn't take a prenatal as it sways blue, just take your folic acid. Nothing in the LE diet is an absolute must, so no you don't have to drink alcohol or coffee (it's coffee that sways pink, not caffeine as such) but I wouldn't replace it with chocolate or nuts. Especially not nuts. The alcohol is "empty" calories, so maybe at the end of dinner if you have a handful of lollies that is a good extra boost of empty cals. The main thing for me that I know I did differently when I got my girl is that I wasnt snacking at all between meals (I'd make sure id be starving before I ate lunch or dinner) and we only DTD once that month, right near my fertile window. So you definitely don't have to do absolutely everything to get a girl.

ok cool am buy the folic supp, i have 5 month till ttc so hav time to adjust to the diet. i will start to take alcohol after dinner, how about u familymatters r u on the diet now? how long have u been on it , when r u planning ttc
Yes I'm on the diet now, I've been on it for 3 weeks, but I was on it for 10 weeks at the start of the year when we had our first attempt that ended in miscarriage. We won't be having our next attempt until September so that should give me about 14 weeks on the diet. I've added in exercise this time around which has been a challenge as I'm pretty time poor. I'm definitely not as stressed out this time, I'm more relaxed and confident with the diet etc so Im just happy to bide my time until September. 5 months is awhile away, it gives you lots of time to ease into the diet.
