Other people's excitement for you is always lovely :-)
I think people may be negative as we have 3 already and the grandparents made a comment about having the 3rd about having to buy extra at Christmas etc.! I just said well split what you'd normally spend, between all 3. She also said oh what a shame it's not a girl about DS3, so I'm not looking forward to telling people sadly!
Exercise done, 15 mins X trainer, 15 mins jogging, 15 on the bike and then 15 uphill fast walk :-)

Completed 60min cardio and let the boys play at the playground near the trail we walk. Walked another 25min back home.

Well done girls! Did an hours run this morning so got it out the way early!
I have to say, the one thing that concerns me about having another (among many other concerns!!) is what other people will say, especially if it is another boy!!! My friend just had a girl after two boys (in fact, 2 friends have just done that with new partners, maybe that's what we need to do girls, get a new man ) and so many comments about the fact it was a girl after two boys but it makes it sound like anything other than that would have been disappointing?!x

1hr done on TM, feel better for it after my cheat day yesterday.
It really bothers me too having to tell people if we ever get pregnant again. I think for me it's more of an age thing, as I'm 41 I think everyone thinks we've done having kids because our youngest is 14. They don't realise we've been trying for so long. And yes the well let's hope it's a girl this time blah blah blah. If it ever happens I really need to be armed with some really good come backs to make them think about how stupid and hurtful they sound!

Yes I can imagine you would also get hurtful comments. I'm going to have to think of some good comebacks. Depends on my mood and who says it, if I say yes I'm hoping for a girl this time but I bet if I said that they would then have an opinion of I shouldn't be bothered lol!! Well done on getting the exercise done. I find it easier on a Weekend.... And it's a bit of a break from the noise of the house to go to the gym ;-)

I ignore hurtful comments. If anyone does say let's hope it's a girl or maybe it's a girl. I say yes that would be really nice but If I get a boy I get a boy simple as. Yes I will be disappointed. But then I know i was never meant to have a girl! And the boy will be loved just the same.
I actually was asked what if it's a boy by from the NHS fertility doctor and I told hi the above. And in the end he said he was only joking when he asked.

I think pregnancy hormones just make it all harder to handle too

That's it. I'm trying to go into this with a hope for a girl and obviously swaying, but if we have another and if it's a boy, then clearly it was meant to be; I'll know I did all that I could to try for a girl but the I was destined to bring up all boys.x

I tell myself it's better to have another child than not at all, and if I have another boy that makes 4..... Surely 1 will be able to diy and cut the grass for me when I'm old :-) :-)

I have done OK with exercising this week, 2 hrs today and a 6 mile run tomorrow will complete my second week of 6 days of cardio, but diet has been crap for two days, getting back on track tomorrow. Think we need to come up with some witty retorts to people's nasty comments, I think I will get less of this because I have a dd, but I have not told a single person other than my husband that I am trying for another
