It is really hard emotionally. Heck, we're nowhere near trying for our next one and it's already on my mind from time to time, lol.

I think that if it would give you peace of mind to know that's a good thing to do. Have you brought it up with DH to find out and just not tell him? Or is he totally against that? I know my DH MUST know but offered to not tell me if I don't want to find out when we get pg again.

I think they are supposed to be more stable and more accurate. I know you're not supposed to change around mid-cycle - pick either oral or vaginal and stick with it. But I do think vaginal is supposed to be slightly more accurate.

Here is 1 of the 13 week 1 Day shots. The Cord was in between his legs when we tried for a crotch shot so it might be on these pics too. Don't worry about looking for a nub, I don't think we can tell.

I'm definitely NOT going to have them tell me in the room though, I'll have it written down and open it later. I think this is a good idea. Then you will know. You will also be able to take your envelope and open it on your own so you can have your reaction in peace. Our tech put it in an envelope for us and I opened it privately which was very helpful to me. We were actually already 99.9% sure because we needed an Rh genotype on the baby and that also detects gender, but I wanted the money shot. Next time I will ask the doctor to mail the genotyping results rather than phoning them in, as well.
