I've totally come to terms with the fact that I very likely will have another boy. Despite all my efforts, im pretty set for boys.
That being said I've decided to tell NO ONE in my real life and I have told Dh were going to toronto for genetics testing at 10 or 11 weeks. It's $350 Canadian but I don't know if that's just for gender or for the harmony type tests (which we have similar screens through out provincial health care anyways) so we'll be for sure getting to know the gender by 11-12 weeks! I won't have to deal with the annoying gender guesses and all that crap for half my pregnancy.

Yeah, I don't blame you. We're going to get the early test too. My mom swayed for a boy. She had 4 daughters and then swayed for both of my brothers. I only meant that you aren't too "vintage" to conceive. That's what I was trying to explain to my sister too.

My high risk doc wants to run the same test when I get preg.. assuming a sticky bean that is. But we have to wait till 12 weeks. We'll still know early though and no wondering if they could be wrong. God bless whoever came up with that test lol

Agreed, two!!! I wish they would've been around when I had my boys. It would have helped me to better prepare/not have to listen to all of the annoying comments for so long.

I'm in Aus and I'm going to do that too so when I announce at 12 weeks I'll already know the gender.

phew! Finally sitting down and relaxing after a very busy day! Cant believe how quick it went I hope the next week flys by just as fast! How is everyone?

Woohoo welcome to the official 2ww lol. Funny, it feels like we were just here boy time goes quick in hindsight but crawls at the time!! Really hoping to see a rise in my temp tomorrow morning but we'll see, I've learnt to expect the unexpected this cycle :)

Super busy cleaning and preparing for my working week. Will be throwing in some BD aswell O day looks like next tues or weds. I wish i could temp but with night work it just makes it impossible so going with opks.

Magical- where abouts are yuu having that testing?

Im 32 in Dec, DH 33.

Ugghh im so not prepared for work still battling this cough.

Im sure going to be finding stuff to keep me busy after next week 😂😂
