That u so much for these!! Funny because I'm having gnocchi tonight with tomato sauce ! Last night had hummus with veggies and rice and chickpeas - just using different things to substitute the no meat factor - I'm enjoying it . I'm eating a lot of pitta breads and cream cheese !
I love all cheeses which helps so I seem to have cheese for lunch with cucumbner and tomatoes etc with different types of breads... I'm just starting the school run but will check back in later to share my ideas !
Ps where about a r u from and when will be ur first attempt?
