Anyone thinking about doing the le diet to lose the baby weight? I have about 10lbs I'd like to lose. Do you ladies know if it's ok to do when your nursing?
I am doing the LE diet to lose weight but im not breastfeeding. I would think it could possibly affect your supply since you usually need more calories when BF.
Rosie do I need to start the poas or else threat again???? lol

I've lost 12 lbs so far. I was 180 at delivery, went down to 164 2 weeks after d date and I am now about 150-152 8 weeks later with the LE dieting.
She is gorgeous surgena!!!
Suregena she really is a beautiful baby. I can't get over how amazing all of the babies born in this group look. They are all gorgeous!!!!
