Four, I missed your follow up q's the first time thru and will answer tomorrow when I have a bit more time.
never be shy about shooting me a PM with a link to a thread I need to answer!! I answer a lot of q's some days and sometimes click on a thread to answer and then get interrupted before I get to it. So then the thread is no longer lit up and I think I've answered it. I'll always answer every thread, so if you've ever asked q's on a thread and it seems like I'm ignoring you, either bump it or send me a PM, because it's an oversight. I appreciate it!

AS, I kinda have a handle on those questions I asked. I feel like I'm bombarding you with Qs anyway! I'll keep in mind about the PM.
my main thought is the best options for a diet with PCOS...never seemed to care much about it before. i guess i was sorta happy i didn't have the 'weight gain, acne, or facial hair' symptoms...so I didn't care to control it.
But now it seems much more important!! ha! :)
Thanks again!

hi everyone im new here this thread is great and very useful! im definately goiing to be trying the LE diet :) :) xxxx

I wish I could've dieted better because I'm feeling that oh no I did everything wrong pressure but if I have a boy I'm fine with it. I've always wanted 2 girls and a boy in that order but if I'm having a boy now I hope I have 2 girls later on I just can't explain how bad I wanted my boy to be the baby but at least next time I will be way more strict on the LE diet. On the plus side I lost a lot of weight before conceiving. And after a year plus TTC I'm finally gonna be a mommy :tissue:

When my DD was concieved i was already thin. I did yoga and weights everyday and walked my dog everyday for about 45mins. I would have a cup of coffee for breakfast and didnt really drink anything except water through the day and then at night i would have a couple of beers. As for food i was just a picker if my stomach would really growl at me i would know it was time to eat something usually a chunk of cheese or a packet of chips. Dinner was my main meal and i would just have whatever i wanted like sushi, take away burgers, frozen dinners, lasagne, fish, just whatever was convienient. I didnt especially like salads or vegitables and now that i think about it i didnt really eat fruit either, most of my snacky foods came out of packets. I took a prenatal for 1 month prior to conception and we concieved her 1st month trying. We DTD every second day for the whole month, and i didnt need any lubrication. Oh and probably should mention my DP and I both smoked.

Hi Everyone - thought I would put add my experience for what its worth.
Love having the boy moms help us 'TTC boys' out so very glad to be able to do that for you TTC girls!
both DD's were conceived right over O! But, I have never had much moisture, and so at least one of them was with the help of some KY - if not both.
DD2 was actually a failed boy sway. So I actually am not sure how much 'poistion' helps - if you know what I mean ;-)
I rarely ate breakfast, and DH is also very bad - almost never ever eats breakfast either - in fact, before starting the HE diet, his first meal could easily have been after lunch! He is also eats not a big fruit or veg person at all. I will admit that I too was not very healthy with snacks and my healthiest meal was definitely dinner - mostly meat and 2 veg, but generally, like Cinss, my snacks came out of packets. Not very nutricious! I also only took a pre-natal multivitamin for the month that we were trying - both DDs were conceived pretty quickly. I was not on any multi vit before the prenatal, nor on any supplements. I suck at drinking water too, so no shock as to why I struggled with dryness!

What is Vitex ? Sorry to interupt your post

This is so helpful! I think I'm sold on LE diet. That will be the hardest part for me since I'm super underweight as it is. But I'll do anything to get a DD. I noticed a lot of you mom's of girls ran as your form of exercise. Any other cardio ideas? I'm going to post on the mom's with son's board because this has been so helpful. So I want to help you ladies who are ttc boys! Sending you all the positive blue energy that I can!

Also, what about alcohol consumption? Were any of you guys drinking much when you conceived your dd's? I don't drink at all, so maybe that's one thing I need to change!
