Well ladies, I am not sure what to make of this. Warning- TMI! I just had a bout of loose stool, out of nowhere, and afterward I noticed a tiny pinhead dot of blood on the TP. I washed my hands and checked my CM, I ruled out the location, and it was pinkish. Not sure if the BM irritated my cervix, or if there is something else hormonally going on.
This is crazy! Well I am not sick so that is ruled out at least. And it is not food poisoning.
I am definitely taking tonight off of working out! I'll do a double tomorrow, when my mom comes over to help me with the boys.

The whole clove. I usually slice a thin piece off around the edges because you want the inside of the garlic to be in contact. I usually do one clove a day, but sometimes I leave it in longer than a day. Sometimes it comes out on its own when you have a bowel movement. You'll taste garlic in your mouth after inserting it! It even works with super stubborn YIs that Monistat, etc doesn't work for. I get YIs only when pregnant and I only use garlic now.Quote:
