Chocolate is a necessity. Maybe dark would be better for s girl sway? Anyone know? Xx
No not dark chocolate I read atomic post somewhere that milk and white chocolate was better because dark chocolate has more nutrients in itQuote:

Lol that's ok :) thanks for replying. Ah ok that would make sense about white chocolate. Though I think dark contains magnesium or something in it? I read t was good for water retention but maybe am making that up haha xx
Lunch was rocket, tomatoes, feta drizzled with balsamic and chilli olive oil. I added a bagel with peanut butter on the side.. because i was starving and soup is on the menu for dinner tonight... Im having a diet coke.
And, currently holding back on the chocolate mousse i just spotted at the back of the fridge!!:shemademe:
Ah I wish I liked stuff like rocket and tomatoes :( might order myself some cucumber and carrots next week then do the drizzly oil stuff you do! Sounds good. I don't like any leafy veg apart from spinach which had to be cooked in sage butter lol or occasionally shredded cabbage! Xx

Do you like lettuce? - you could add cucumber and carrots and corn etc with a little balsamic etc
You could even just chop up cucumber/carrots/tomato/sweetcorn/peppers etc. Really small in ****s and drizzle in oil and throw in small ****s of whatever cheese you fancy or a small bit of chopped ham/turkey/chicken if your eating that.... I'm quite lazy at the moment for not wanting to do much prep for food, maybe it's the diet. Feel really weak and lethargic today

Yup will definitely add that as a meal next week thanks for the inspiration!! No I am not keen on lettuce either but will tolerate in a veggie burger lol already counting down to dinner time! Xx
