Hi atomic, I private messaged you as I didn't see this thread. I purchased the plan early last week and haven't heard anything. Not sure how long it takes our what the expectations are there?? Anyways I've also been prescribed Clomid so just want to make sure you know that when completing my plan. Thanks again!

I drink probiotic yogurts since skipping breakfast but now found out they are blue. Would a strawberry milk shake be recommended... trying to cut down tea but would tea be better than a milkshake. Prob the milkshake will have loads of sugar????

Probiotics in form of yogurt or kefir are fine. It's the kind that are supplements (pills you swallow) that swayed blue.
Anything with calories in it (and this probably includes yogurt!) would count as breakfast. It's fine if you choose to do that, I just wanted you to understand that it is really breakfast.
Hello - I bought a customized plan on August 1 and haven't heard anything about it yet. It's been 3 weeks and that's 3 weeks where I could've been doing something, so I'm a bit upset. Can you please advise what's going on? I did see it taken out of my bank account on August 1st as well.
You have had access after you wanted it switched to the customized plan. I just sent an email with the link to the forum but you can see it on here now too. It is Access to.....Quote:

I want to purchase your personalised plan for swaying pink, however I am still breastfeeding my 13 month old son and am yet to have my period return. I am night weaning him at the moment and hope period will return in next few months and we can try to conceive in January. Is it pointless me purchasing the plan already seeing as I don't have my cycles back yet?
