Christmas Babies!! TTC Pink April

Willow we all have everything crossed for you :)

I finally have news - my doctor called about my blood tests yesterday.. He spoke very quickly and I had a noisy DS in the background but here goes:
* Thyroid, liver, kidneys, blood count, electrolytes, diabetes, bone density/calcium, FSH, LSH, testosterone, prolactin, ESR, lipids - all normal (hope I haven't missed one but he did talk fast)
* Sex hormone-binding globulin - high - he said this was normally low and mine is high
* progesterone was low, I think he said 6.8. He said this test is normally done on the second half of the cycle but as we don't know where I am in the cycle it's difficult to conclude.

He feels this warrants further investigation and is sending me for an ultrasound. Once we have the ultrasound results he will ask a gynaecologist for their opinion on how we move forward. I asked how long and he said a couple of weeks.

And I am so happy to report I had slight spotting last night which has turned into AF today!! Probably breakthrough bleeding rather than from O but I will take what I can get...

At least you're on the way to some answers finally Stephk!! And it sounds promising that AF has started!! Hopefully it will all be onwards and upwards from here. x

Great news on af steph!! Did the doc say u needed any further tests? Like day 21 this cycle? My prog was 5.6 then 3.6 now having it again next cycle. Hopefully this is a step in the right direction x

I don't think my doctor knows what he is talking about but he has recommended an ultrasound and a gynaecologist opinion. I'm just glad something is happening. Hopefully the gynaecologist will know what they are talking about! I am not telling the doc about this AF as I want the ultrasound and expert opinion. I will tell them obviously. Dreaming, it's great that you are having regular tests, let's hope we all get our BFPs soon x

I am probably 6 days from attempt. I am so nervous I could just puke. This is it for me, my last baby. I keep seeing all these ladies get their girls on this site and it makes me anxious, nervous, excited, deflated....all of the above of everything. I don't feel like it can happen to me but at the same time I feel like of course it's going to be a girl, it's MY turn. I am trying to stay nice and relaxed but I am just jittery as all heck.

I've been following your story and so excited for you, Rosie! You got this!

Hey girls!! I though I could join all of you in the TCC ping April club! We finally had our attempt last Thursday (april 10) after 12 weeks on the LE diet. I am feeling so anxious since then that I though it would help discussing with you who are in the same situation... I am not sure when I can test, it's only been a week today...

You got af kitkat? That's a short lp if so as you're same as me 8dpo today aren't you?

My temps are still high and stupidly I've been testing yesterday and today. Just don't want to go onto cycle 4 in a row but 5 all together :(

I hope the spotting is just implantation spotting for you kitkat. Don't give up hope yet! Are you charting and are your temps still high?

I wasn't trying this month so will see some of you on the May thread (is there one yet?)

I am out and taking a break for May/June, but I wish you all the best of luck. I hope the rash of BFPs continues and you're all preggo by the time I'm TTC again. :)

I've just randomly taken one after no pee for hours and I swear there is a v faint line. It won't photograph though. I've compared it to this mornings test and it was def negative...

Okay guys mega weird!! After a few drops of red blood on 6dpo brown spotting 7dpo black spotting?? 8dpo I have had NO spotting 9dpo this has never happened to me the spotting usually gets heavier then I get AF ...
took a test tonight which was negative...
But have full sore boobs, full feeling in uterus, constipated tmi!
No idea what is going on???
Should I test tomorrow or hold out for 11dpo

Just replied on the other kitkat. Hold off if you can!!

Love tested again this morning and no better off. In fact I feel worse. Used fmu and nothing in the time frame v v faint after. Done another using smu and there's the faintest of faint on there but its cause I am looking for it. Wish id never started testing early x
