Jconger - Congrats! What a precious little one and I agree, you look wonderful for just having a baby!!!!
Thank you all!! And yes unfortunately I’ve been stuck on mag all through the induction and now 24 hours after birth. It’s been miserable. I’m just so glad she is here. You are all really sweet bc that was all endorphins following the Labor. Mag has been feeling so doped up and yucky.

I’m getting pro maternity pictures done next weekend. I was going to have my outfits made but my seamstress flaked on me and just told me Tuesday that she wouldn’t be able to make them so I had to order somethings from eBay which I’m not thrilled about but I’ll make them work. I also thought about birth photos but since I’m more than likely having a csection I don’t think it would be worth it...

(((Huge Hugs))) Jconger! Mag sucks major ass!! It felt like I was wearing full metal armor. I hope you have a speedy recovery and feel better soon!!

Jconger congrats! what a beauty!!!!
My induction has been booked for 8.30 am on the 26th! It still feels like forever away lol
By the way, I just got this bra, and it is AWEsome. I can rarely find something that fits small-chested me, has no underwire, doesn't ride up AND has optional padding (my nipples are great for nursing but stick out, and I hate it/it draws unwanted attention). If you need a bra, I highly recommend this one. (I got it in pink, so pretty). https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B071K...6VKULD43&psc=1
Awww so exciting hun..im having my induction date on Wednesday along with a growth scan..i cant believe its so near the end but im hurting so much just walking and running around after the kids im definitely ready to have her...im still worried she may come out a he though.. have you got everything ready? X
Ahorn, we had maternity/family pictures done a few weeks ago! I’m in love with the way they turned out and so glad we decided to do them since this is my last pregnancy. Here are a few... [emoji7][emoji170]

Hi Ladies!! I am sorry I have been MIA, i had a rough patch with preterm labor from a simple UTI, had a hospital stay, and then constant appointments. But I had my baby girl last week! She is sweet as can be and I am totally smitten.
Huge congrats Kaseybaby! I’m so glad you and your DD are doing well! When you get a chance, post a pic for us to see!

You ladies are so funny! I do get not fully believing it until you meet them though. It’s like I couldn’t picture in my head what our daughter could look like. When I met her though, it’s like I’ve known her all my life.
I can’t wait to see more baby pics!!

Alright ladies... I need opinions
Nursing on cue or scheduled feedings?
Wilder is almost 3 weeks old. Surpassed birth weight, I'm using a shield, and I'd like to pump at least once a day to generate a stock for when I take a trip or have to photograph a wedding all day or whatever.
Thoughts?

I'll try to update with a pic when I get the chance...just wanted to thank you all for your warm wishes and support along this incredible journey. I seriously am in a state of shock that I have a daughter!!

Nann3r- I would just nurse on demand and only schedule a feeding if he’s gone 4hrs without one. My doctor and lactation consultant said to not let them go past 4hrs until they are a month old, which he is pretty close to.
I would just pump after feedings when you feel like it to build your stash. I hate pumping so I don’t build up a stash, but I don’t work so it’s easy for me to schedule things around feedings.
I’m so glad everything is going well! Olivian is doing great too! She’s already surpassed her birth weight when she was 7 days old! I’m sure she’s well over that now at 11 days old! It’s crazy she’s my biggest baby!

Yay congrats ladies!!! Well I’m off to OB emergency again... my blood pressures are high and not going down. I feel fine other than tired and stressed now. Any prayers would be greatly appreciated

Oh no Jconger! I’ll absolutely keep you and your little one in my prayers! I’m hoping that blood pressure medicine is all they need to prescribe for you! I’m really hoping you don’t need more Mag Sulfate 🤞🏻[emoji1317]!
Please keep us posted once you’re better and recovered!

: sigh : Dude... the end, when 41yo is no freaking joke. 5 more weeks and I have not slept more than 30 min increments the past two nights. Pain, reflux, you name it.
I'm going to have myself a pity party and go work my regular 10 hour day trying to stay awake. Ughhhhhhh. [emoji30]
congrats 1pinkplease! I take it you didnt know before birth? that must of been amazing. As for me my induction is scheduled for thursday week, I would love to go myself before that though, ive had a couple that came early and a couple that came late so i guess it could go either way.
Hang in there! I remember being super uncomfortable too. It will be worth it though! I hope time starts to fly by for you soon!

COngratulations to all of you! So many babies filling this place up! 1pink, didn't know you were team green! That must feel amazing!
Nann, he is so handsome! <3 From what I have read as of recent, if you feed every couple of hours, before they have a hunger freak out, you will get longer stretches of sleep at night, so that's somewhat of a schedule I guess you can say. I don't remember what I did 10 years ago... LOL so that's what I'll aim for this time around.
XX, she is so lovely! <3 soooo happy for you!
Roe, you look amazing! love the photos.
I was checked today and cervix is closed, she can't do a sweep even if I asked. I finally got the crib done and nursery will be up tomorrow, God willing. I started diffusing clary sage and doubling my RRL intake. DH is happy to help out ;) looooool.
Cosmosis- you’re getting so close! I’ll be anxiously awaiting your birth announcement! I’m so excited for you!

Cosmosis how exciting!

Hi ladies! Hope everyone is doing well. I am 38 weeks 2 days and went to the doctor this morning. I’m 3cm dilated and 70% effaced. I’ve had a small amount of protein in my urine almost the entire second half of my pregnancy. Today, it tripled. My BP is stable so no issues with preeclampsia but she explained to me that proteinuria can also cause the placenta to fail which puts baby at risk (fetal demise). Well, obviously, at 38 weeks that’s not a risk she is willing to take so I’m being induced tonight. I’ve never been induced. I’ve always spontaneously gone into labor without much time to think about it. It’s been several hours and all I feel is nerves and anxiety. I want to be excited but right now that’s not how I feel. Hoping for a change in my mood and a safe, smooth delivery.

Hang in there Roedinga! I had never been induced either, but I was with Olivian because she was footling breech and has been turned via a Eversion. It wasn’t too bad- they started me out at a low dose of pitocin and worked up to a higher dose. Once I got to 7cm, I asked to have it turned off. They said they would see how I progressed. I progressed fine and delivered without anymore pitocin.
Ask to see if this can be an option for you, too. I couldn’t imagine being on pitocin during transition, since that is such a hard time on its own anyway! Honestly, the contractions on pitocin weren’t any different other than coming at a more steady rate.
Hang in there! Keep us posted! I can’t wait to see pics once you’re all settled!

*big hugs* Roe! <3 I wish you all the best! Perhaps take some clary sage with you and rub it on your belly with a carrier oil. It could help get things going naturally and the scent is relaxing. Take a warm bath before you go to destress. I hope it goes well for you hun! Keep us posted.
Hi Roe you will do great. Since this is not your first pregnancy your body should be able to handle an induction better. I had a last minute emergency induction with my first baby with max dosage of pictocin and everything went fine. Just make sure the doc does not break your water too early (wait until 7 or 8 cm) to avoid a c section if that's not what you want. Also walking and bouncing on ball really helps the labor to progress!! So stay on your feet and move around as much as possible. They can give you a mobile IV. I will be induced at 37 weeks with this baby so good luck to us both!! [emoji4]

Roe i agree with ford. I think inductions are more favourable when you've had previous children. I was induced with my 3rd and it was not what i expected. They had broke some of my waters first but nothing happened so the drip went on. A few hours later he was born.
I completely understand your feelings though. Wishing you all the best

Yay Roe!! I’m being induced at 6am in the morning too! 40/4 tomorrow! Maybe both 10/20 babies for us!

Hi all...
So excited with all these beautiful babies...and babies to come!!!
Just wanted to pick your brains....for those of you that have had your desired gender....are you done...? Are any of you contemplating swaying again?
I’d love for my girl to have a sister....but am I being greedy....?
Other half definitely doesn’t want any more...our girl was number 4, after 3 boys...
What do you guys think about swaying again?
Would you?
