Some of you are sooo strict. I'm using my fitness pal app and seem to be eating a lot more but sticking within the protein fat limits.
Today I had
Breakfast coffee and sups
12.00 Lunch spinach and falafel wrap, low fat yoghurt hand full of blueberries
3.00 snack 2 rice cakes low fat Philly, a childs raseberry and oats goodies bar yummy and no fat or protein) peppermint tea
7.00 baked potatoe with roasted veg sprinkle of cheese and a dollop of cous cous and coleslaw, diet coke
I seem to be eating a lot more than you lot but I'm still sat her hungry.
