Well I have been completely MIA for a fair few days but it's nice to be back! I have just about caught up with all the new posts!

I have been keeping up with my exercise, either a 10k power walk/run, hours combat class or a run which I think is finally taking it's toll on my legs! They are sore, I feel like an old woman! And my left leg has a constant ache, even worse at nights when it's that tired ache but you feel you need to keep moving it, anyone else get that?! It's so annoying! Does anyone know why this happens?!

I'm going to be having my first attempt in the next day or two. I have been feeling a bit down about my lack of weight loss and have tried to make myself feel better with some chocolate but that has just made me feel worse (what a surprise!) and annoyed with myself for giving into my cravings! No wonder I'm not losing weight!

Everyone has been doing so well, keep it up!

I get that were leg feeling too I've read it can be down to a deficiency I think? Well done on the exercise!
Perhaps adding a little more protein would help to avoid craving sugary food like chocolate? Though I am sure that the odd treat won't hurt! Xx

Great job ladies! I'm waiting to test....I just for some reason don't think I will be able to get pregnant BFing such a little baby. I hope I'm wrong. I just don't want to get my hopes up and not end up pregnant. I hate the 2WW! Ugh. 8 long days to go...

I thought I was 7+3 but they said measures 7+6 took away my xmas day due date slightly disappointed but closer to meeting my little pip.xxx
