An hour make a big difference to me. I use a temp corrector but not the FF one since I'm not a vip.

My sleep patterns are so inconsistent typically that something lile waking early is generally not noticeable. I'm sleeping a bit better this cycle though so I am not sure what impact it might have. I dislike using the temp correcters because they tend to be so extreme.Quote:
