What type of first response did you get-the curved, rapid result or older style straight type? The older straight type are super sensitive and it's harder to find them. We're finding that the curved ones aren't as sensitive as the older type, but they are good for monitoring progression with lines getting darker after BFP. Wondfos will detect early, but don't get darker right away. The first response rapid result (FRRR) has a sensitivity of 50 miu, so they're not as sensitive.
Im for sure not talking any tomorrow. I haven't decided yet if I will test Saturday/Sunday or just wait and see if AF arrives on Monday.. This whole cycle I thought I was supposed to start Sunday, looked at the calendar again and realized it's due Monday. Talk about setting myself up for disappointment. I spoke too soon about the dizziness being gone, I noticed it briefly a few times today.
And I have this"tugging" in my abdomen that feels like I did a ton of sit ups. I think it's from heavy lifting while doing yard work.. but has anyone else ever noticed this around the time of possible implantation? I've had it for 2 days following the spotting so I'm starting to worry. :S
Right I know, anything that gives me something to worry about, ha.
Ttc-the curved ones are the frer and the rapid result are the frrr, so the ones you have are pretty sensitive, just not as sensitive as the old school straight frer which I'm sure are 6.3. I can def understand the exhaustion!! When it was taking me forever, but everything seemed to be ok, my OB said that I need to work on enjoying the process and less obsessing!! Lol!! Sure enough, got pregnant the next cycle haha. FX that AF stays away!!!
Oh okay, I'm new at the early testing and don't know much, thank you for the clarification. :) I actually just read the side of the box and it says "because this tests detects low levels of hcg, it is possible that this test may give positive results even if you are not pregnant." Crazy! I was wondering if that was possible.
I'll take my last first response Saturday morning because that's when my chart is saying the earliest positive test may be (if implantation occurred the day of my spotting). If it's negative I won't be taking anymore, but just awaiting af on Monday.
I think I'm going to just put my phone away all day tomorrow and find stuff to keep me busy because I've been spending way too much time on here and I think I just need to take a break, have a day out with my little girls. I will see you all Saturday morning with a pic of my test, positive or not. Take care, ladies!
Ttc-wow, I never read the fine print! Wonder what that means? Maybe it's referring to the reasons there may be false positives such as PCOS or even a chemical where there's just enough hcg for a faint line??
Ttc-totally understand-a break is always good! I feel that way about Facebook a lot!!! Enjoy your day & we'll be looking forward to hearing from you Saturday [emoji173]
