HI there, sorry to Hi jack, is this the diet that gives the best results ? If so, please divulge. Trying to investigate swaying blue.

There is information both for and against this diet. Many people have used it successfully but no one really knows if it's because of the minerals or for some other reason.
I don't think that the French-style diet emphasizes protein/fat/boosting overall fertility enough and also does not help with blood sugar. The best evidence indicates that higher testosterone and keeping blood sugar in a healthy place (stable and not too low or too high) is the best way to go for swaying blue. Also some foods are cut out that I believe are fantastic for a blue sway, such as nuts and eggs, due to their mineral content. But those foods are great for raising testosterone and have a lot of healthy fats in them.
Also, while diet is a great swaying tool there are many other things that we can do to sway and the French Diet addresses none of them.
The best place to start is this thread, I compiled a list of the most basic info for swaying blue below. There are separate sections for diet, exercise, sperm count, timing, etc. Good luck and please ask me about anything that doesn't make sense or that you would like to know more about.
