12 Week Ultrasound Pic: Girl or Boy?!

Hey everyone! I just had an ultrasound at 12 weeks 0 days, and I was wondering if anyone could help me predict whether we are having a boy or a girl? Thanks for your help in advance! :)

P.S. My ultrasound tech (obviously) thought it was a boy based on this "potty shot". Any thoughts regarding this pic (also at 12 weeks 0 days)?
