Confirmed boy....then confused:/

So I posted a couple of weeks ago my 12 almost 13 wk US photo which pretty clearly indicated boy. Then I got an elective US and tech confirmed boy. THEN I made the mistake of changing my midwife appt to a nurse appt because the tech found babies head measuring a week ahead and I wanted to discuss. Not only did she blow off my question about the dating/head size but she also indicated the tech could very well be wrong about the gender and treated me like a victim who had been taken advantage of. Totally lame! She definitely planted the seed of doubt when I was feeling very sure of everything- trying to move forward but super irritated. In any case, here are my "confirmed" potty shots. I still see pee pee and am disappointed in her behavior but was curious of your opinions and experiences dealing with not so great hospital staff. Back to he midwives next time!

Hmm...that looks clearly boy to me. I'm also a fan of midwives and have been disappointed with OBs. I'm sorry that happened!

Yeah and the whole reason I even brought up the US wasn't for gender talk but to ask about the head size being a week ahead and she nearly passed right over that straight into bashing the tech. Now I'm sitting over here contemplating the gender AND the head size- lol. Oy.

In her high pitched whiney voice that sounds like butterflies and cupcakes? lol! Perhaps. Thanks ladies- you sure know how to brighten my flopped mood:-)

Don't worry about the head size, it usually just means the head happens to be a bit bigger than average for that week. All mine have slightly bigger than average heads on ultrasound. Ds1 & ds4 have bigger heads in general still, but they're totally fine.

Thanks blueeyedguys:-) I'm a bit of a worry wart in general but being prego brings out the worst of it. All of the reassurance is very sweet!

Try not to worry easier said than done I suppose, plenty of relaxing and pampering for you! X
