Comments regarding DW's diet changes- I was on the LE diet for about 3 months, but following my loss I dropped low nutrient, but stayed within the calorie and protein limits. I suppose you could call it "modified" LE. lol
If diet was used, length of time before attempt? Actuall LE diet 3 months, modified 7 weeks.
Did you skip breakfast regularly? Yes

DId you consume alcohol?- A couple of drinks per week
DId you try to limit caffeine? Yes, I cutback
Any Diet Details? I am allergic to caffeine, so no need to limit.

WEIGHT AND EXERCISE
What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O? I had lost 10 lbs on the LE diet, but gained back 5 when I was pregnant in May. I had lost 2 lbs of that when I got my BFP this time.
Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments? I was exercising every day 5-6 days a week, 60 minutes spinning for those 7 weeks between my loss and BFP.

Any additional supplement info? I had been on clomid with the BFP cycle in May, I was not using it this cycle though. Vitex was all cycle.

Things that make me feel great about my sway: I was good about exercise, skipping breakfast, fiber and it was rather soon after a loss.
Things that make me nervous about my sway: I wasn't ready! lol We missed out on things like clomid and antihistamine use.
