Thanks to the LE diet we are having two fraternal twin girls!! Thanks to this great forum!!

I would like to especially thank atomic sagebrush!! I followed your post about the LE diet for 6 months! Now we are expecting our twin girls in December. This diet really works if you stick to it and follow it for quite some time.

I think what also helped was that my husband lost 15 pounds as well which lowered his testosterone levels since he lost muscle mass and did not exercise during that time.
