13w6day scan - thoughts please friends?

Hello! I've been swaying my little heart out for 6 months with the help of a sway plan, hours on hours of research on GD and talking to ladies on here. Being a vegetarian and breastfeeding my 12 month old daughter - I made a plan that suited me and was safe for both of us. And today I had a scan. OBGYN wouldn't say his thoughts because "it's not policy before 20 weeks" so your thoughts and theories on the 'nub' would be greatly appreciated.
