Comments regarding DW's diet changes- Starting in March 2014 I began the crash and burn version of the LE diet. After 1.5 mo I switched to the PCOS version when I stopped losing weight. After a chemical in November 2014, I switched to Atomic’s fertility diet that included whole grains. I couldn’t go gluten free because I would gain weight. I mainly ate vegetarian and only ate meat 3-4 times a week.
If diet was used, length of time before attempt? 12 months total before getting our BFP!!!

Did DH change his diet with you? Yes
Comments regarding DH's diet- DH started by not eating red meat and began to fast while working his 10hr work day and eating mainly vegetarian meals. He too only ate meat 3-4 times a week and maybe during an occasional weekend day. This was a HUGE change from how he used to eat when we had our boys!
DId you consume alcohol?- A couple of drinks per week
DId you try to limit caffeine? No, I did not factor that into my sway
Any Diet Details? I started my day with 2 cups decaf coffee with a splash of creamer and cinnamon. I would eat breakfast around 10:00am most days and either have 2 eggs with toast or usually 1cup mixed berries with 1/2cup full fat yogurt. I would only get to eat about 2/3 or 3/4 at best of the fruit/yogurt mix, since DS2 loved eating it with me! I would always have a small amount of protein, carb, vegetable, and a fruit with lunch and dinner. Fruits I would eat- D’Anjou pears, green grapes, gala apples, or mixed fruit (only at breakfast). Vegetables I would eat- green beans, broccoli, broccoli/cauliflower/carrot mix, a small amount of tomatoes, or occasionally a small potato with the skin at dinner. Carbs I would eat- mainly quinoa/brown rice mix, brown rice, matzo when making homemade pizza, or 1/2c of whole grain pasta.

What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O? 123lbs and 20.6BMI
Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments? In January 2015 I added 20-30min of Yoga after doing 60min of cardio for mental health purposes. DH started to exercise about 6 weeks before we conceived. His routine consisted of mainly cardio.

Any additional supplement info? DW- Folate 800mcg 2X a day, CoQ10 400mg 1X a day, Zinc 15mg 3X a week, and Vitamin D 1000IU 2X a week (deficiency).
Did you do anything with Ions? Rose Quartz and salt lamps. DH even had a salt lamp at work because he liked it so much!
Moon Phase during conception? Waning Gibbous
Did you use any Old Wives Tales? Had a package of girl onesies under our bed.
Things that make me feel great about my sway: I was on the diet FOREVER, exercise, one attempt, and acupuncture to increase fertility. All the changes DH made.
Things that make me nervous about my sway: The 2-4 oz of meat I added when I switched to the fertility version of the LE diet.
Things worth mentioning: After TTCing for four months, I made an appointment in October 2014 with an RE because I had a 17 day cycle and things just felt “off”. Day 3 FSH results came back at 44! I stopped taking myo-inositol (I was not taking it for swaying purposes and had taken it with both boys), and DS2 began to wean down to BFing 2-3 times a day. November I had a chemical and day 3 FSH results came back at 45 and my AMH wasn’t even detected! The only thing good to come of this was my AFC came back fantastic for my age, and my lining couldn’t have been more perfect. Needless to say I was devastated. I picked myself back up, and I began acupuncture at the end of January to lower my FSH and improve my fertility. DS2 finally weaned himself at the beginning of February at 21mo! Low and behold, after two months and three cycles of having acupuncture, I got my BFP! We had been TTCing for 8 months and 9 cycles total!! I am still nervous and will be until the end of the first trimester despite seeing the heartbeat 137bpms during my dating scan at 5weeks 6days!!
