Shettles Method - Could This Be Boy Or Girl - My Chart Attached xx

I charted the month I fell pregnant. Could this be a girl or boy on shettles method. Thank you for your guesses :) x

Using Shettles, I think that would so much closer to ovulation that it would lean boy. With that being said though, I had read the Shettles book back in December and thought I was ready to try for a boy and then thankfully found this group and found out how many other more deciding factors there can be for gender swaying than just timing. A combination of diet/exercise/vitamins/timing etc. has a much bigger impact than just timing alone.

But, since you're pregnant, big congratulations! It will be exciting to see what you do end up having and I hope you have a happy and healthy 9 months! :)

Shettles doesn't work and there is no way to tell anyway because you had an attempt on CD 18and then ovulated on the 22nd, which would be both a cutoff (Shettles says pink) and then a BD on O Day (Shettles says blue). Hope you get what you're wishing for.

Thanks Taytum and Atomic. That's what I thought Atomic about the girl cut off 4 days before. Think I ruined it that month and then fell pregnant! I was swaying boy. I did a bit of the diet. I was taking potassium supplement and eating bananas and jacket potatoes :) And I was putting salt on my dinner. My family all carry girls and I have one beautiful daughter. It would be nice for her to have a sister if my sway hasn't worked :)

If you're swaying boy, you didn't ruin ANYTHING because we are finding it is number of attempts in fertile window and not timing that sways, so you are in with 2 or even 3 attempts because your BD on O-4 and O-3, then again on O day, is 3 attempts in fertile window.

FX and blue dust, if you do get another gorgeous girl, come back when you're ready to think about TTC again. We have a different diet on here that is working better!!

I was thinking about this and maybe the reason I thought my DD was due to shettles 4 days before O was actually because of only one attempt in the 4 day cycle including O. Very interesting really!
So many people I have spoken to said the same thing 3-4 days before for girl worked for them but again could be because it was only the one attempt.

I hope it's a boy; lots of blue dust to you! When do you find out?
