16 week US but still no idea.

Well Mommas we had our US this morning in the hopes of catching a glimpse of something but we didn't get the opportunity - tech wouldn't humor us with a potty shot or a glimpse between the legs. I got one chance while tech measured the thigh but it was at an angle and while it looked clear between the legs I couldn't really see fully between the legs either.
My heart is leaning girl due to seeing nothing but the truth is we are still none the wiser really!!

I know :) I'm quite disappointed but I'm just going to have to be patient.

I'm really thinking if there were boy bits surely I would have seen something.

Next US is 2-3 weeks away it's a routine hospital one so they are very quick.

I hope if you mention you *really* want to know and would love a potty shot they'll be accommodating. At least I hope so, I really want to know, too! xx

With my 3rd ds I never saw anything between the legs at any of my scans when they were measuring thighs, and I had about 3 later scans so trust me just because you didn't see a Winkle doesn't mean there isn't one there :-)

I will tell you what my stepdad said, when after several ultrasounds where he looked between the legs extensively (my mom did not want to find out) and was 100% convinced it was another girl, he shouted in the delivery room "my kid's got balls!" He is a nurse too so not even people who are pretty technically savvy can miss something.

I hope you can see something on your next scan at least...

I'm just dying to know now one way or the other.

FWIW, at 22 weeks we could only see his boy parts when they did a potty shot. And this little guy is- ahem- well endowed! He was really good at keeping his legs closed. It wasn't until he went to roll over that we could see his rather large boy parts!! It must be from all my hormones or something!
