My girl sway 2016 :)
Hey girls,
I'm new here but thought I would add what I'm doing for my girl sway so if I'm doing anything wrong maybe you guys can help me correct it :)
My partner and I are a same sex couple so we will be doing the TBM, we will be doing 1-2 attempts when we get a positive OPK, using a finger tip of aci-jel every other day until 3 days after ovulation.
I am trying to do the LE diet with out losing weight as I don't really have any to loose. For the most part I feel I am some what already on this diet, I already skip breakfast, don't eat much of anything other meals.
I have cut down on red meat, almost cut out entirely. We eat chicken, turkey and fish on the rare occasion and its Hoki when we do eat fish.
I have started using Splenda in my milo rather than raw sugar, I eat watermelon and strawberries with greek yogurt for lunch and then a small meal for dinner. I go to uni 3 days a week so on those nights its usually left overs from the day before if there is any, otherwise its a frozen pack meal (I know I know)
I'm doing whatever I can for negative ions, Have a large salt lamp on in the lounge room 24/7, wearing a pink quartz and hematite bracelet, have an air purifier running in my sons room (probably not much help but hey!:wink:). I live in Melbourne, Australia so it rains a lot here! haha!
I am also taking supplements:
Vitamin C 500mg
Calcium citrate 750mg
Folic acid 500mg
Vitamin b12 125mcg
I am using an Ova Cue monitor, opks and temp to track and confirm ovulation :)

Hi Rainbow16, I'm another Melbourne girl too! Your sway looks good :) In addition to what you're already doing, what has been getting the most success around here has been persisting with the diet for 12+ weeks before your first attempt, increasing your coffee intake, alcohol with meals, taking a fibre supplement with meals, and cardio exercise for 60 mins 6-7 days a week. Personally I'd drop the vit B and C supplements as I think they may sway blue.

I agree with familymatters, drop some of the supplements and think about adding exercise 5-7 days per week for one hour! Good luck! X

I forgot to add I'm also taking 200mgs of magnesium.
I feel like I've done everything to sway blue! Oops!
Stopped taking the tablets last night. Not sure what to do now.
I don't drink alcohol but can increase caffeine, can that be trough tea tho? Also I thought caffeine swayed blue? In so confused haha.

No its coffee that sway pink, tea sway blue. Also hopefully someone can correct me but I don't think magnesium is a good supp to take for a pink sway either (but I could be wrong on that one)... When were you planning your first attempt?

damn I don't really like coffee, will have to suck it up and start drinking it :giggle:
We are hopefully going to be starting this month, unfortunately we don't really have time to wait the 12+ weeks to try, I feel I have been on this diet any way so fingers crossed that's going to help us in our sway... I have stopped all supplements except for folic acid. I was takin B12 because apparently that helps with absorbing the folic acid... I have just come off the pill (was only on it so I could skip periods) is it true that the pill decreases minerals in the body anyway?

Well that's good news! I'm on CD2 now after coming off it, I've also heard that you're more fertile after to.
