Hello! I was just wondering if you can take the two together. I couldn't find it on any thread or through search. Thanks so much!!❤

The consensus is they are fine to take together - but be aware that I doubt they've been tested and this is all from sites similar to this one only fertility/PCOS related and not some study or anything.
Ok great thanks so much! I wanted something for overall egg quality and I heard pregnitude was good. And my cycle is all out of whack since getting off of the IUD so I thought I'd try soy iso. I'm hoping for a girl so I'm going to keep going through threads. Thanks so much for the reply! I truly appreciate it!!
do you know you have bad egg quality, though??
Do you have PCOS, are you overweight??
Taking Pregnitude if you don't need to, won't help and may mess up your cycle more!!
Pregnitude is great for people who have PCO or poor egg quality due to insulin resistance. For others, it may cause a lot of trouble and not help you at all!
I was just looking at your supplements for miscarriage thread. Your right looking at all that I don't think the pregnitude is right for me since I don't have pcos. I'm considered overweight according to my bmi but not by much. So I think I'm going to use the Coq10 and i'm already taking 1200 of folate. I'm breastfeeding My 15 month old and I had 3 previous miscarriages so if we try I don't want another one. Do you have any other suggestions? And thank you so much! I truly appreciate your time and your fast responses! ❤
Have you had the RPL workup done????
What's an RPL work up?
I just looked it up. No they didn't see a problem since I never miscarried in a row. It was always in between a birth. I feel like my body can't hold a prenancy while I'm breastfeeding. I might start trying after I wean off but I was seeing if there were any supplements to help.
If (and I personally do not believe this to be the case, but IF) breastfeeding really were the issue, then these supps would not help anyway because your body would be "pulling the plug" on the pregnancy hormonally or with the lining somehow, and not egg quality issues. :)
Thanks so much! I'll probably just stick with the folic acid then! Thanks again!
