Dreamy December 2WW

Good luck to everyone in the December 2WW; Here's hoping we all get healthy/sticky December BFP's!

I love the name.. I was thinking "December dreaming" ... we're on same page! Let's hope this month we all get our Christmas wishes!!!

So I know I posted that I was moving forward with IVF but the plans have changed. There where still day 3 testing that I didn't know I needed to get done in order for the pre auth to be sent to my insurance company for approval, which would take 10-14 days for them to approve after they receive everything. So timing wise I would not have enough time after an approval to get a cycle in before I would lose my insurance at the end of the year and I would not risk starting treatment and being stuck with the bill in case I got denied from my insurance.

Oddly enough I am more than ok with everything. I was really getting cold feet when the box of meds came the week before (don't ask me why they ordered me meds before they had a pre auth done), it just felt like too much. There were 20 boxes of medication!!! I talked everything over with my husband and he agreed that it all just seemed to much but he would have done it for me if I wanted to try, although we both said we would have went for it if we didn't already have DD. He agreed to keep trying naturally for atleast another year so that is where we are at. I am going completely natural! No more RE, bloodstock, fertility meds or IUI, I just feel like natural is the way to go. Since I had unexplained infertility there is nothing stopping my body from getting a BFP except waiting for Goldie the EGG!! I am putting my faith in if it is meant to happen it will.

I was on BCP in anticipation of doing an IVF cycle so I stopped those last week as soon as we made the decision and just started a new cycle yesterday. Fingers crossed I actually ovulate this month, I am thinking O would be the first week of December.

Good luck Robin, I was sorry to hear of your CP last month. Hopefully December brings many BFP's

I'm planning on testing at 12DPO on the first, so I guess I'm here for this! ;)

Foxtrotmamma, I'll be poas-ing on Dec.1st, too! That's only 10 DPO for me but it's when my period is due so if it hasn't shown up I'll be too impatient to wait any longer, lol. This was my first attempt and I'm nervous to see if it worked. See you then!

Tfahn, I hope things work out for you naturally. IVF sounds like a lot to put your body through, for sure. FX your TTC journey will be short and sweet. :-)

Just tried to get clomid from my Dr.... no luck!
Says he will refer me to OB which will take 6 months to hear bavk from! Really?! What a joke!


I'm off to get blood work and ultrasound done to rule out any abnormalities since last month was a CP month before I don't think I even ovulated and month before that my LP was crazy short!

Hi ladies,

Had a month off from forums, but back again for this last month of 2016!!!agh!

Husband getting semen analysed tomorrow (awkward) I'm sure everything will be fine With him though.

After finding out at my scan that my womb is tilted and cervix is pretty difficult to find, we will try some different positions this month to see if my weird womb will flop forward again (tmi! ☺).
