So I've been sifting through all the sway attempts/outcomes on here, IG and PlumLily. I have my own little sheet made up of the various things all the women did that had successful sways. One of the trends I am seeing quite clearly is egg whites. Granted I'm sure I haven't found all of the posted successful sways but right now I have 7 out of 11 that used egg whites and got their boy (one didn't answer the question so I'm assuming that's a no). One of the girls that didn't use egg whites used Pre-Seed instead. Of the mama's that had failed sways for a boy, only one used egg whites. Hmmmmm... I never considered using egg whites before (I used Pre-Seed last month) but now I am. For those of you that use egg whites, what brand do you buy? What do I need to be looking for? I know you put it on the counter to get to room temperature... any thing else I need to know? Are there risks with putting an uncooked egg in your body?
The other overwhelming trend I saw on the successful sways... out of the 11 I read, ALL but one did low calcium. That one did high everything. I've been doubting my low calcium diet lately but I think I'll stick with it for now. For me it's about switching up how things were before and low calcium is definitely the opposite for me :)
