Vegan/Plant based girl stayers?
I've been a vegetarian or pescetarian most of my life and have recently jumped on the plant based way of eating. And actually, it's a high carb/low to no fat diet of sorts.
If I eat within limits, is this still a sway despite carbo- loading on potatoes and pasta with little fat?
I'm definitely losing weight since cutting out cheese and dairy! I eat tons of veggies and legumes, breads and crackers, some fruit and of course, wine!
I'm curious where this may fall in the realm of girl swaying or if it's too "healthy". Does my body think it's getting more nutritious food even though it's low fat and lower calories and losing weight?
Any other plant based girl swayers/girl moms out there?
