After much debate this the month I want ... Now I need last minute help! Please!

Ok so I have been on vitex, baby aspirin, saw palmetto, folic acid, & a bulk forming fiber. This is my second month supplements from AF-O. I am on the LE diet drinking things like crystal light and diet coke. I see things about represh and timing. So those are my main question should I add something after DTD if so what is the suggestion that the majority use and timing. I am suppose to ovulate on the 18th of June. Why not use RepHresh and Sylk?

RepHresh 8ish hours before BDing..

and Sylk during BDing.

I used my first tube of RepHresh when I got my positive OPK or right before it!
Then one 3 days later.. just incase!

OPK and even on O day and getting girls doing it! :) I have 3 of 4 boys conceived 2+ days before ovulation and then my girl was the night before O.

Ok so my plan is to do FR til the day before ovulation on the day before ovulation I am gonna do rephresh in the am the compressed FR then a BD that night. I need to get pregnant this month do you think this will hurt my chances of being pregnant at all?

Nice to hear you got your girl the night before! As you know we had a huuuuge amount of attempts and then had a day break, and then two PM BD's over the two nights before O day ended up being.

good luck that's when i ovulate too so could be 'conceived' on fathers day which would be super cute! x

I keep telling DH he is gonna have one heck of a fathers day! Haha

Yeah, unfortunately it does hurt your odds of getting pg. The pink sway tactics do that. :(

If I had to get pg in a particular month and I felt good about diet, I'd drop the frequency pattern and the RepHresh and go for more than one attempt in my fertile window.

So should I add a attempt on O day or two days before?

Watch your pH with the Sylk. Even though I used RepHresh 12 hours before the sway, I used Sylk for the attempt and my pH was higher than 6. Sylk and I don't get along.

I don't have sylk but o bought something called Silk-e it have aleo Vera Its suppose to be aimed towards the woman. Ok so since I will be doing more than one attempt should I just do my rePHresh 8 hours before the first attempt or 8 hours before every attempt?

Hmmm...I'm not familiar with that jelly. Is this the KY kind?? Unless it's marketed as "sperm friendly" or "conception safe" it should be fine.

The more often you use the RepHresh, the more effective it will be at killing sperm and keepign pH low, but it WILL reduce your odds of conception. Unfortunately there's no way for me to know what's best. You might want to compromise and use RepHresh every two days while doing several attempts. Just be sure you wait 30 min. after attempt to use and have at least 8-12 hours before your next attempt.
