At almost 14 weeks tech said she was 100% sure it is a girl... Can that really be?

Well I am in complete shock. I went to get an ultrasound today because of the bleeding I had for a few weeks. I actually tried to get out of this appointment on Friday, because I had stopped bleeding last week. Well the ultrasound tech was really nice and because I had my 3 boys with me and my hubby, she definitely wanted to see what it was. She told me that 100% for sure it was a girl. I said but I am almost 14 weeks, can you really be that sure? She said yes and to go buy some pink today. She told me she does a ton of early ultrasounds and she wouldn't of told me if she wasn't sure. What do you guys think? When she did the potty shot, I said are those 3 lines???? Am I seeing what I think I am seeing and she said yes....lol

Here's mine from 13 weeks that kinda looks like yours. Baby was confirmed girl at 16 weeks.

I had a friend who was told boy at 14 weeks and she ended up being a girl at 18wks. I hope she's right, but just be cautious of your heart!! Fx for you:)

Thanks Ashkash. It is good to hear. I still can't believe how sure she was. I asked her like 5 different times are you sure...lol:) Hopefully no turtle will appear at the 20 week ultrasound.

I had all my kids genders confirmed at their nuchal scan (12-13 weeks). All correctly I should add. I think your picture looks very convincing and its only a still shot. An experienced Tech being certain during a life scan.... I would go shop pink for sure. So happy for you :)

I do - you can see them in the Confirmed Girl section of this forum. I'd say my 13.5 wk u/s looked similar to yours. Definitely no willy!

Waiting 20 weeks is killing me. I have another 30 days before the big 20 ultrasound. I am trying not to get too excited, but I do find myself day dreaming a lot about having a girl. I at least haven't bought any clothes yet...lol I just emailed some pics to my aunt who is an ultrasound tech to see what she thinks too....lol:)

Thanks guys. The waiting is killing me. I wonder if it is better to wait until 20 weeks than having a carrot dangled over you at 14 weeks...lol:)

Techs tend to be very very very conservative, so I would believe her, congrats

I think it's a girl JJ. They go off way more than just the shot they give you. SO EXCITED!!
