My cycle is usually very regular - 28 days. Last month I began monitoring my cervix and noticed the EWCM around day 14. This month I have nada. I am trying to conceive a boy... should I avoid the BD this month and hope for more EWCM next month?
This is so confusing. How do I increase my EWCM? I have been taking EPO, should I stop?

EPO dried me out so I tried fertile cm and that seemed to help a little but I also took mucinex and used preseed and I am having a boy
Some people find that EPO dries them out while others get tons of CM with it. Are you taking fish oil too? You need to take BOTH EPO (af-O only) and then fish oil all month for your health and also for best results with your sway.

EPO definitely dried me up --Fertile CM worked much better for me, especially after 2months of taking it. I plan on using Robitussin the week of O as well. Good luck and blue dust to you!
some people dry up on Fertile CM though too! It's something to be aware of and make sure that if it happens to you, you are ready to drop the EPO or the FCM and try the other options!

yes, drink lots of water then too. fish oil may help too, if you dont get enough natural ewcm try pre seed.Quote:

Thanks! I have to add, when I got the Fertile CM in the mail it came with a small pack of baby dust. It was cute, glitter in the shape of stars, moons, little "BABY" glitters in both blue and pink....I took out all the pink, don't need anymore of that!!Quote:

Yes that should be the beginning of your fertile window, you may also notice your cervix position change to High Soft Open, you should DTD when you notice these changes, good luck!Quote:

You just insert your finger and feel for it, i think while you are in the shower is a convienient time to do it, even squatting makes it a bit easier to reach, you will get to feel the difference through out the cycle, when you are fertile the tip of your finger will actually dip into it just a tiny bit.Quote:
