This shot was taken at 12w1d, but baby measured 12w4d...I know the leg is probably blocking a clear view of a nub, but I keep focusing on the area right below the leg that looks like it is sticking up. Anyone think it could be part of the nub?

Thank y'all SO much for your input! I know it's not a great shot, but I have had a deep down feeling from the beginning that this is a boy! I just am afraid to let myself hope that it really is. We've been wanting a little brother for my oldest for such a long time, and I hope this is him! I was going to stay team green and have our last chance for a surprise birth, but I don't know what to do now...if it really is a boy I would love to know...but I am afraid of hearing girl and regretting possibly not enjoying the rest of my pregnancy.

That's how I feel, although opposite! My guess is boy, I see something too but could be anything it's not really clear:(
