my son looked like that at 16 weeks. I will post a picture if you want.
Here is my boy.. and he is now 2 years old and still ALL boy. I had doubts too at the time. Hope this helps!

that looks like a boy...but normally at 15 weeks, a good tech can give you a really accurate guess!
