My LAST (FAILED SWAY) In 2010 went this way.. Please check it out advice needed Please and thank yo!

I have 6 boys and am so so longing for a girl some day. I get so overwhelmed with all the ttc a girl info. But i am so DESPERATE knowing this will be my last time at ttc pink! I am like PLEASE PLEASE GOD can i be blessed with a baby girl i so so longed for over 11 years! I just wanted to see if someone who can look this over and tell me what i need to change for a girl sway!

My last failed girl sway in 2010 went this way.

I did SKIP breakfast! i ate like a turkey&cheese sandwich for lunch. Dinner Chicken, rice, canned corn(a successful girl sawyer told me to eat this) but i later found out that swayed boy :(. I DID NOT eat a certain amount of food matter fact i probably over ate the meals to getting full.
i drink LOTS of Ocean Sway cranberry juice the regular kind NOT KNOWING i wasn't suppose to drink that one due to the TONS SUGAR! Also did drink a lot of whole milk. One night i ate lasagna. I snacked on Vanilla yogurt, crackers, cookies, i NEVER went hungry i did snack later found out that was a NO NO for a girl sway :(
Supplements:
Calcium, magnesium,cranberry,folic acid.
I BD once i got a + OPK Later found out that wasn't a good time to try, but i heard some say timing means nothing really. I also BD 2 days after +OPK and day after that. i did think i had EWCM not knowing less sways girl. I did take a hot shower before BD. Put a pillow under me for like 45min after BD.
Oh i also PRAYED HARD I MEAN ON HANDS& KNEES CRYING begging God for finally a girl!

From looking at this sway Ladies where do you think i went wrong or shouldn't have done? PLEASE someone advice&prayers are so much appreciated and welcomed!

Dont worry that much. i understand you i am a mom of 3 girls your sway you did what you could don't be upset about that. the outcome is a healthy child you got. Ok, so what you should do is be a dairy fan, i was eating cakes, muffins with warm whole milk with sugar in the morning, sometimes a bowl of those puff cereals where is the little frog i forgot the name tho. then for lunch i use to eat and i mean love spaggeti with white sauce i mean alfredo sauce and cheese in the evening it could be anormal meal white rice with chicken oven and then before bed ice cream or milk and bread and butter or with strawbery jelly i was a sweet tooth, drank a lot of pink limonade and fanta orange or strawberry things like that and did not have eggwhite because of my diet it was very acidic and ohh for snack i use to take donuts or milkshakes from mcdonalds a lot of cookies here and there. no salads, no red meat, no salty snack.

try not to focus on what went wrong last time i'm sure he's a real blessing to your family, personally i would go veggie as i know quiet a few veggis girl mums

I agree with the other ladies. First of all, don't beat yourself up about it. You did your best at the time and got a sweet little guy out of it. :) Secondly, I HIGHLY recommend purchasing Atomic's Personalized Plan. She will create the perfect plan for you to follow, and it takes all the guesswork and stress out of it. I can't recommend that enough. Third, if you're not able to purchase a plan, the best thing you can do is search the boards for the LE Diet and read everything you can about it. Going veggie, staying low-cal, and not snacking will be the best things you can do for your sway. I am totally convinced that the diet is the most important part of swaying. Good luck to you!! :)

Thanks ladies! oh yes i LOVE my son with all my heart and really can't see myself without Him! I just want to sway and have success with it! I really think it's my time to jump up in down with joy like so many others that finally got their DG. i remain hopeful still after many many boys. My Husband already started talking about His 1st grand daughter someday :sad: he already seems to give up hope. I will check into buying the sway plan. Anyone know how much is it? I wish Atomic was my neighbor :bigsmile: LOL.

1)I'd go completely vegetarian, no meat at all. Stick to 40-50 g of protein a day, no more.

2)The cranberry juice sways blue not because of sugar (sugar is allowed on LE Diet, just not between meals) but because it's chock full of healthy nutrients and Vit. C - Vit. C can make extra fertile CM.

3)Snacking all day will keep your blood sugar elevated for the entire day and that is blue friendly. Stick to 2-3 meals a day and get your calories during those meals and don't eat or drink anything with sugar or carbs BETWEEN meals (you can have sugar and carbs AT meals and in fact that may help your sway.)

3)Whole milk is a perfect blue food. It has protein, carbs, healthy fats, and tons of nutrietns. I would limit dairy all together and stick with skim products (except cheese, it's kinda hard to find skim cheese and you do need some fat.)

4)Timing really, really doesn't sway. I got my girl by BD at pos OPK.

5)One study found that cal-mag seemed to sway blue, not pink. We've been getting very good results without the cal-mag, and several of us got girls not taking cal-mag, after having failed sways where we were taking tons.

6)Laying flat for 45 min. after BD can help to sway blue by making sure higher numbers of sperm can make it up into your reproductive tract and possibly get to the egg. This sways for some reason that we don't know yet.

There is a lot you can do differently and even if you didn't change a thing, people get girls every day doing nothing any different than they did every day of their life. One lovely lady on this site just got a girl after 7 boys!! And she didn't sway. Welcome to the site and just let me know how I can help.

I personally don't agree with some of this advice, just to let you know. :) A lot of us cut out dairy completely and we got girls after failed sways where we were drinking a lot of dairy or taking a lot of calcium. I also don't believe in the acidic vs. alkaline diet. A lot of what this poster was eating is extremely girl friendly but for other reasons than acid vs. alkaline, and I would completely avoid whole milk like the plague and limit dairy so you are not getting more than 40-50 g protein.

I agree with what the other girls have said. Read as much as you can about the LE diet. Going vegetarian, low cal diet and cutting out snacking are probably the bests things you can do to sway. I highly recommend the personalised plan as well. I bought it and have found it great as it takes all the guesswork out of swaying and is personalised to your needs. The private forum to post your questions and chat to Atomic is fab as well :agree: There's loads of info on this site to get through, once you've read everything you can decide what you would or wouldn't like to do :)

She got another boy getting pregnant before she had time to sway, then did get a girl in the end.

Ladies, just a gentle reminder that things posted many years ago are not always fully up to date. Some swayers do better on full fat dairy, but it is not a free and unlimited food the way the poster was claiming it was.
