These potty shots were taken at 13 weeks 5 days. Some look "all girl" but others seem ambiguous, like there might be boy parts hidden somewhere. The tech said I can start shopping for girl clothes today. What do you think?

They look gilry but I wouldn't shop on a 13 week potty shot. Nubs are still more accurate at this point.
lovemy4 - thanks for the advice! I've just attached my 12 week nub shots taken from my NT scan 2 weeks ago. (See below) Can you tell if they look girly or boyish? Thanks!
Hmm. . .I'm not seeing the nub well in those but the top one looks kind of boyish to me. Too bad you didn't get a nub shot this time :(
I have 2 girls, so I've only seen girl ultrasounds so far, and those pics look just like my girls' pics. I would guess girl... but I agree 13 weeks is too soon to shop. Are you hoping for a girl?
sbmommy - I am! I have a DS, so a girl would be nice. :-) But of course I just want a healthy baby in the end. Thanks for the guess!
Hi lovemy4 - I think the reason the tech did not take a nub shot was because she said she was 99% sure it was a girl. She took about 15 minutes to do the ultrasound (I had it done at an early gender determination place) and she checked 3-4 times to make sure she was only seeing girl parts. She pointed out the 3 lines to me a few times. I have a video of the u/s and it looks like only girl parts are in it, but I'm not a trained sonographer, so who knows! Of course, I took everything with a grain of salt because I did the ultrasound at 13 wks and 5 days. (Just short of 14 weeks). I might go back in a few weeks to check again. :-) Thanks for your input!Quote:

I agree that I don't believe the tech would tell you girl if she wasn't sure. My tech told me girl based on the nub. She was confident. So I believe her. I'm not shopping yet because I don't want to be upset if I have to exchange for boy stuff. Congrats on your girl!
I agree that the pics do look very girly. I had an early scan at the same gestation, and it was clearly a girl too.
