I wish I had even a good guess, but I don't.
ELP is much better at the skull guess than me. I'll keep my fingers crossed that its a boy. And I'll be checking back for her thoughts too!!!

Ok, I just looked at ELP post that explains the skull theory and your baby's skull does look boy to me too but I claim no expertise whatsoever. Hopefully some of the other smartypants will chime in with their opinions.

I don't see a nub. I'm no expert on skulls, but dloui is right it does look an awful lot like her boy...

My theory is that ALL techs know all about the nub theory...I mean if you're in the business I just don't see how you couldn't. But they're so worried about making a guess, so they just act like you're crazy for bringing it up. Honestly, why not just say "hmmm, looks like it might be a boy" or SOMETHING, nobody's going to sue you for a guess!

i can't see a nub on second pic and baby is too bent up on first for a nub guess - nothing about these screams girl to me. With lack of clues i'd be 50/50 still

Hi waffles, i am thinking that white blob there is too low to be the nub so we cant really see one at all and the skull does look boyish, well i think it does look a bit like mine and you know i am hoping for a boy too :)

I agree with everyone else...the skull looks boyish...do you have previous pics from your other kiddos that you could compare?

Based on ELP's boy skull information and that clear skull shape in the second scan, I would put money on a boy for sure! I think that top mark looks too big for a nub but I'm no expert...

Hi again Waffles:)
I've got a little more time to look at your pics now and I have to say they are intriguing!! The bottom pic shows a very boyish skull but the top skull is very similar your DD's! So I would have to guess 50/50 from them. And again the bottom pic has alot in the nub area but nothing clear? I'm wondering if theres a stacked blue nub jumbled up in the shadow or is that the end of a girly nub poking out of the bottom?? This baby is gonna keep us back and forth arent they:bigsmile:
Will you be getting confirmation before delivery?? Any chance of a private scan on 13 weeks?? I'm guessing a clear 50/50 atm so definitely not ruling out your blue:luck:
