Comments regarding DW's diet changes- Completely vegetarian, no food before 12pm, 2 meals per day, pretty strict, ate under 1700 cals, 50g protein and 50g fat per day and usually under 1000mg sodium per day. Potassium was always under 3500mg per day.
If diet was used, length of time before attempt? started 6 weeks before first attempt, so was on diet about 3.5 months before conception.
Did you skip breakfast regularly? Yes
Did DH change his diet with you? Yes
Comments regarding DH's diet- Limited meat by only eating it at work, ate the same as me for evening meal. Drank alcohol most days.
DId you consume alcohol?- A couple of drinks per week
DId you try to limit caffeine? No, I did not factor that into my sway

WEIGHT AND EXERCISE
What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O? 123lbs, BMI 20.5 at conception.
Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments? No exercise for several months before/during sway. Weight was lowest it's ever been as an adult. Weighed 31lbs less than at DS1's conception, 24lbs less than at DS2's conception.

Any additional comments? Ovulation was a week late so had to BD every other day to ensure we caught it. Didn't intend to have so many attempts.

Any relevant attempt details? DH did frequent release for 10 days AF-expected OV date but due to OV being a week late he stopped in case it depleted his swimmers too much.

Any additional supplement info? DH took Calcium and Magnesium daily. DH took Liquorice Root previous months but not the BFP cycle.
DW took 50mg Amitriptyline daily (for migraine prevention but it is an antidepressant).
Did you do anything with Ions? Walks in the woods, wore a rose quartz necklace every day, piece of rose quartz in drinking water I took to bed every night, lavendar source shower gel, lavendar pulse point oil at bedtime.
Moon Phase during conception? Waxing Gibbous
Did you use any Old Wives Tales? Slept with a wooden spoon with a pink ribbon tied around it under the pillow, had pink baby vest, pink baby shoes and a photo of DSs with their baby girl cousin under the bed throughout sway.
Things that make me feel great about my sway: I think I did the diet really well and am very pleased with my weight loss.
Things that make me nervous about my sway: I didn't do well at lowering my testosterone, too tense, stressed too much. Wish I could have taken vitex and saw palmetto, worry that my testosterone will have ruined sway.
