Congratulations Adoptapom and Best of luck to all trying this month. Jan always seems to me to be a good month for blue.
I have my 2nd scan in 9 days time at 14+4. Hopefully my doc will be able to see some boy bits :) otherwise I will be waiting until the end of Feb to find out.

Thanks guys, I'm still nervous my fever has hurt the baby (still in disbelief this is happening!!!) I plan on telling the hubbs this weekend, when he gets back in town. I was nervous to begin with, now I'm even more scared something will go wrong.

I just ordered some OPK's from Amazon so I can track down that egg this month. DH leaves this Sunday so I'm hoping I O before then. I'm at CD8 right now and Sunday I'll be CD12 the day he leaves. Next month he'll be gone the whole time so there's no chance of getting pregnant then.
If this is our month I have a feeling it will be a girl again though.. I just started with boy swaying this month, although I have been eating like I'm doing the HE diet since before Thanksgiving. Right now I'm taking at least 2000 mcg folic acid per day, EPO, and drinking green tea. I need to pick up some robitussin because I only have robitussin with other stuff in it too so that wouldn't work. I had EWCM today though without even doing that..lol

Welcome to all the new ladies trying this month!! I have conceived two of my daughters in January and was myself conceived in January so think it's a strong month and I wish you all lots of luck.
You will all laugh but I only got around to doing another test today (25 days post ovulation)...hee hee. I did get a barely there line at 11 DPO but just knew I was and had strong early symptoms. Have been so exhausted (silly old bag I am getting pregnant again at 39 and for the record, it's way more exhausting than 35 was). Also get suddenly starving and would literally steal from the poor to feed myself I get so manic.
Anyway, I am considering a CVS due to my age and because I've had two friends in the last year that had outcomes that make me think I would like early reassurance everything is Ok, so I may know the gender as early as 6 weeks from now...will think hard on this and let you know.

Well I don't know when we're going to be able to attempt to TTC.
He's leaving Sunday and won't be back probably until April.. :( A little discouraged right now
EODwife that must be so frustrating especially as your all geared up.. Just think of it this way you get more time on your diet, giving your body more nutritional fuel which is great for blue swayers I know it seems so daunting when you think about few more months on the diet .. I'm waiting to try in April too, sometimes it feels like its draggggging.. But we have had positive results with those who have been on the diet longer.. Though its not always the same for all of us, so I won't be getting my hopes high!
Wow, that's a long time! TTC is so much harder when your DH has a schedule like that. In fact, I think the hardest part of swaying is trying to get DH to "buy in"...he thinks it's all hogwash. A couple of months ago I told him we needed to DTD like 3 times in 24 hours and his bugged out of his head. We're a twice a week type of couple ;) Good luck EOD!Quote:

I find it hard, sometimes, to stay consistent on the HE diet as well, it's hard to eat all the time. I must admit that my energy levels are off the charts, but still...i always had a flat stomach and now it already looks like i am pregnant and well into my second trimester.
I am on cd-15. We had our first attempts yesterday will have one today, i hope :fx: So far i have stuck to my diet and have done everything possible to help the sway :) i hope i get a bfp this month.
Massive congrats on your BFP Pom....fingers crossed for a sticky blue bean for you.

I will be going the CVS route too luv, I just couldn't cope with a late termination or loss due to some horrible problem, would rather know sooner than later!

Well I got my plan and I am so excited to start the diet, sups and exercise. But I am a little terrified.....I had a camping "accident" and DTD on O day :nails: Surely after 6 months of BFN's with at least 4 attempts at the right times, I won't get preggers from one moment of camping pleasure lol. Was one of those heat of the moment things where I didn't even think of condoms. On the plus side I was eating fantastic, exercising with hiking and swimming, haven't had a diet drink in 6 months and DH didn't drink anything bad at all, and we did the perfect position. We will see in a little over a week I guess!!
