Can you make anything out of my 12 scan?

First of all, thank you so much for looking!

This is my 12 week scan, made last week during CVS.

I'm sorry for the very irritating paper fold right over the baby. It reflects badly on the camera, couldn't get rid of it...

Do you see a nub? (I don't)
What do you think of the skull? (if you can see it because the paper fol might be in the way)

Hard to believe huh? I also had a CVS just after 10 weeks and 2 days later they called and said you are having a son! And I started telling them they messed up the test or mixed it up with someone elses test lol.
I just wish I felt normal back then so I would have been a lot more happy for the news.
Anyway hope you really happy!

Haha, my DH called them to because I could not rest. I thought they mixed up to ;)
