He diet side effects?
I am loosely on he diet this month along with all supplements for boy sway, and since few days I feel my upper part of stomach is very hard even when i don't eat anything. Like in the mornings too :-(
I feel very discomfort and am not able to sit in office :( Anyone felt like this before? I am not sure whats wrong, am going to doctor in couple of days...but just wondering if anyone else was in same situation before?

I have not heard of that before, I think it is a good thing to get it checked out just to be on the safe side.
Hope you are feeling better soon!!

Apparently apple cider vinegar is good to help with bloating, you are supposed to take a shot of it before you eat, i tried it a couple of times and it burns your throat so i gave up on it.

How are you doing today???

still bloated :( I did go to my PCP and she checked my stomach and said everything looked normal, asked me if there was anything new that i was taking.
I did tell her about supplements, and she asked me to stop taking those for few days to see how i feel without them. I don't know what to do, am planning to ttc in march and I don't think i can risk stopping supplements :-( HELP>>>>

apple cider vinegar is supposed to help with digestion. It is rough to get down but I mixed it with pineapple juice and chugged quickly. It isn't so bad after a few time and I got used to it. If you mix it with apple juice that may work too.
Hope you are feeling better.

I did buy ACV and had it two times yesterday one in the evening and night with Pineapple juice. Hopefully it should help :) thank you ladies for all the suggestions.....

I'm having some stomach symptoms! TMI, but I am incredibly gassy and somewhat bloated. I do know that I am not at all used to eating breakfast, taking any vitamins, or eating veggies. So I'm guessing its not anything major and I will determine as time goes by if I should alter anything.
I've been doing supplements and the HE diet for a little less than a week now. I'm also adjusting to drinking so much, with the green tea, lemon water and v-8 juice, so I'm peeing a lot! LOL. Good luck!

What all supplements are you taking?
I think the most important ones are the multi, the fish oil, and the folic - you can do without the rest if need be.
