Hello, when I was researching supplements I read about all the things we could use. Went out and bought some. So is this too much?: already taking fertile cm, prenatal vitamins, vit c, b complex, vit d, probiotics, extra folic acid and planning to add fish oil, b6 (remove b complex?), epo, and royal jelly. I also do alka seltzer gold, v8, preseed, and mucinex so what do you think???
Also, I read to take 1000 mg per day of fish oil and epo...but both are 1000 mg caps and directions say 3a day for a total of 3000 mg per day?? TIA!
