This is a tricky one.....the length and shape of the nub is making me think girl.....but it is on quite an angle which makes me think boy!! I'm sorry, but I'm going 50/50 on this....
It indeed is a girl nub with a boy angle! Hard one but I'm guessing boy on this one!

I'd guess boy but as others have said very girly looking in shape. But the angle is meant to be more conclusive so going with boy... Tentatively... ;-)
