2 women i heard of that used it had girls, but i used it and having boy #7.
There are no magic foods, so no guarantees! I am using it, you could try too :)
For those of you taking it what dose do you take and how am y times a day? Do you have to stop at O?
1/4-1/2 tsp, I mix it with yoghurt, easier to consume that way, take ut with lunch. I will TTC first time in abtvthree weeks, and yes Atomic has recommended to reduce to dietary amounts after O!
I would like to know how everybody is using it as well! Also how much ???I plan to put it in my coffee of a mourning :) Yum Christmas coffee everyday :). Maybe on some toast with some sugar like 1/2 a teaspoon on two slices and it is yummy on deserts such as rice pudding! I am pretty sure I read you need a teaspoon of it a day, please correct me if I am wrong???
I think one whole teaspoon is a lot, Atomic recommended me to takec1/4-1/2 tsp, but maybe you should ask her :) I have insulin resistency, that may be the reason maybe....
Has anyone heard about the supplement instead of the actual cinnamon?
I used it, just in food not as a supplement, the does might be a bit too high in a supplement. I baked lots of cinnamon rolls and ate one every day for my evening mini meal, and I put cinnamon in yogurt. I reduced the amount significantly during the 2ww though because I read that it can be used in high doses to bring on AF. So if you were to take a supplement I would only take it AF-O.
