Oh well I think I will ovulate tomorrow going by the look of todays opks see what it reads tomorrow and shall have another bath and try again lol ;)
TTC5, I don't think you should worry too much about it. I drank bsd for four months but my ph never budged higher than 6, only got to 9 after doing bsf. When I started the whole process my ph was 4 and managed to creep up to 6 and stayed there forever. So there's still hope for all of us whose ph never moves, GL :luck:

Maybe it is better for you to conetrate on getting lots of EWCM than worry about the pH. Use something like pre seed and baking soda mixed together aswell?Quote:
