nub and skull look girly. are you hoping for a boy now? i think the spine is curved, but am not sure if that is the nub so could be boy still.

No clear nub for me.
I am hoping for a little boy. But if its alittle girl thats fine :-) i thought that baby is curved. when i went for my "12week scan with both my girls, they measured me at 10w... both times. but today i go for my first scan at 13w, when they measured me baby is actually 12w and 1d. I really expected for them to say oh ur 10w and need to come back in two weeks time
I couldnt see a nub either but then i thought id try anyway
I can't see anything and that is too early for a reliable nub shot anyway.
I don't see a nub, when do you go for your next scan?
Next scan is in august. Feels likes such a long time to wait. I spoke to hubby about having a private scan, he said yes. How many weeks will they be able to see the babys clear gender?
I guess it depends on how much experience the sono tech has, I went to a place that said they had 100% accuracy at 14 weeks. Whether that's true or not who knows, but she was right for me and I went at 14 weeks.Quote:

Depending on where you are in the UK it maybe worth looking around for private scan places - they told me this little one was a girl at 12 weeks and were right - consultant said he sexes them at 13 weeks from the nt scan as they have really good equipment and years of experience and they would do a gender scan from 14-16 weeks onwards.
The second pic gives me a boy feeling but its not the best pic to guess from as baby is so scrunched up but sending you all my blue dust just in case it helps any x

Well I booked my gender scan for 17weeks with baby bond, I couldn't wait either! If you go on their website and see where the nearest clinic is.
They charged me £79, you will have to give £30 deposit and the rest you pay on the day.. You are allowed upto 5 people in the scan room lol that's if you want more people with you. And they also offer an keep sake DVD of the scan but I'm not sure how much they charge for that!
Ah afy hope we both are baking boys lol. Ive heard of babybond. I will check out the website. Afy are u eatig alot more than usual? Last night i woke up at 3esh starvingggggg, all i could think about was a chicken subway with all that fresh salad. I feel hungry all the time, my belly is so jelloo lol. Babybond and MUMS offer the gender scan from 16weeks. So ive booked myself with MUMS on the 27th July. Its for 15mins, they give u a DVD and a few pics for £90

With DD I never told hubby about finding out gender I felt so bad but just couldn't hold it in was dying to know, this time round he's said himself he wants to know.. It's strange with DD I thought i was having a boy until I found out and DH woul say he thinks a girl.. This time right I am soo certain it's a girl and he thinks a boy.. Well we have about 4weeks to find out.
I will update.. Although hav a feeling what im having. Time will tell. Its a shame they only doing it from 16wks. Ahh bet ur sister is excited to go along with u. m in complete utter shock!!!! I was due to go for my private scan this saturday. But i was too egar to wait. So i got my appointment today at 12.30. After checking babys measurements etc.... The tech then says congratulations ur having a little baby BOY!!!!!! Im so thrilled, im in shock. I feel like im dreaming!!!!! Thank u so much to the wonderfull lady who made my dreams come true...
