caffeine
I saw on the Dr. Oz show that turkisch/greek coffeeshop very healthy is and full of anti oxidants. But thats good for a boy. I never had caffeine when ttc my boys. I want to add it to my sway because i read lots of girl mond drinking lots of coffee. What shall i do? Take it or not?

I didn't drink caffeine when I was TTC the boys either so this time I did. 2 diet cokes a day and a sugar free skim milk coffee in the morning. We are pregnant with #3 but don't know gender yet. Hope that helps.

We've been getting good results including caffeine for a girl and there is a big trend that way with lots of the girl moms having high caff intake. The best study we have on gender and diet demonstrates that there was no difference in gender between women who used caffeine and those who did not.
I believe no to moderate caff intake is neutral, and high caff intake sways pink.

In one Cup of coffee is about 70-100 mg caffeine. Atomic do you know how much mg caffeine per day is good ttc a Girl? i wanna do high inake of caffeine.

There are no studies and I really can't give an amount, it would be different for everyone anyway. I had three to five servings if coffee or energy drinks a day and occasionally more. More than with any of my boys by far.

I am a huge coffee drinker. If i could live off of it, i would, and i have 3 girls. I dont think i could give it up even to try and sway for a boy lol

^^^^ this is what I heard all the time on IG. The people who had boys hardly ever had caff and then the caff junkies all had girls. didn't add up!!
-
interesting! I never drank coffee with my two boys, but drank it lots for this pregnancy (don't know the gender). Big coffee drinkers I know also have girls...
-
I don't drink coffee, don't like it and I have two boys. I have noticed since I started swaying that any girl mums I know drink coffee. I have started drinking diet coke, which I never did before so hoping the caffeine in that helps my swaY

Well I can add to that theory too - When I had my eldest I drank no caffeine what so ever. I had the odd bit of chocolate but that was it. With my eldest I'd just decided to go on a health kick which meant banishing all caffeine. This time I've had loads of caffeine - I mean at the time of conception my caffeine intake was through the roof! I was taking orlistat and they made me exhausted, so I used caffeine to keep awake during the day - dont know gender yet.
