I would guess boy but nothing is for sure from a nub shot.

Yeah, don't go buying blue paint or going nuts in the boy section quite yet. Wait for confirmation. Just know its more likely to hear boy and maybe scope out some boy goodies for your registry :) I would vote boy as well.
