Inositol and PCOS?

I have pcos and I have been doing a very low carb diet to try and lose weight and get pcos under control. I want to get healthy before ttc. In my research I have decided to give inositol a shot. I wanted to include myo and d forms. Chiral balance and pregnitude are the exact brands I have decided to include.

Does anyone know how these specific supplements may sway pink? After I lose the weight I plan to quit bc and my physician has already told me she will prescribe clomid. I am trying to decide if the inositol supps will help or hurt a sway specifically in a pcoser.

Also does anyone have advice for testosterone reducing bc? Or will testosterone reducing bc cause a spike in testosterone after quitting to ttc?

What about bio identical progesterone? Any advice or links is very appreciated.

From what I understand, insolitol comes from the b vitamin family. I know lots of the HTers are taking them for egg health. Anything that aids with fertility usually sways blue. BUT, I think that PCOS sways pink....
I'll try and find the links on BCP and I think there's even one on swaying with PCOS.

On paper inositol ~should~ sway pink at least for people with PCOS/IR. The reason I don't do a blanked recommendation for it just yet is because I never recommend things that I haven't seen at least a few people get their DG while using.

If you are not even going to TTC until after taking it, then PLEASE include it - I think it could be very beneficial for you.

Personally I believe the T reducing BCP, continue swaying pink after you stop taking them, even if your T level goes up relative to how low it was while you were on them. We don't know how any of this works, and the whole idea that T sways blue is a little foggy on how the whole process could even possibly work.

I prefer that people stay away from the progesterones. That is just one guy's theory of swaying with a lot less to back it up than the T thing. The Clomid is going to raise your prog levels.

Is this the first time you researched it? It seems to be having great results. It seems to not only be great for fertility but weight loss and general all over health pcos. I'll be ordering some this week. I think I have decided IVF is the only way I'm comfortable adding on. So, I don't think I'll be much help in an actual sway statistic with pregnitude but I can be your guinea pig with general results. I'm thinking if it assists with blood sugar and weight loss it would have to help sway pink .... Right? Anyways I'm combining pregnitude with chiral balance because it seems that they assist each other. Thank You for checking it out.

Exactly, on paper it should sway pink but my concern is that our understanding of swaying is very tentative and so just because something seems like it should sway...well, we don't even really KNOW that low blood sugar in and of itself is what is swaying. So it may be a fool's errand to aim for lowering blood sugar, lowering testosterone, etc as ends in themselves because it may be some other factor that happens to coexist along with those things that could be swaying.
